Jayden Daniels had no time to rest on his laurels after finishing drama school in 2014, it was only a matter of months between finishing at Toi Whakaari and moving to Auckland, that he gained his role on Shortland Street, going to become one of the show’s most popular characters, Curtis Hannah. Since leaving Shortland Street in 2018, he’d had roles in two series of The New Adventures of Monkey and has starred in the acclaimed theatre show Nga Puke. He’ll next be heard as the voice of one of the lead characters in the animated series The Exceptional Squad.
